Where are we all NOW… A Selection of True Awakening Experiences

It’s coming up to 2 years ago when my WordPress friends and myself published this beautiful Free E-Book sharing a selection of our True Awakening Experiences. IAM re-blogging it today because IAM sure there are people who haven’t read it and will certainly be inspired by it and there are the bloggers who wrote their story here and would love to re-read their unique story and see where they NOW find themselves.

Wouldn’t it be cool if we could all write a follow-up true story of Where we are all NOW.. on our unique journeys. I do hope you love my ‘crazy idea’. It could be our winter project and release our new stories in Part II February 2016… 2 years later. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Together with 33 magnificent bloggers here on WordPress we have created a Free E Book…  A Selection of True Awakening Experiences… that we have written in order to help put our own life’s journey into perspective and inspire us on and to inspire the many hearts of HumanKind to aspire to their own true and unique potential… to be the change they want to see in the world and help create a peaceful and loving world in which to live in harmony and cooperation with each other..

As an introduction to this inspiring collection of true stories I wrote the following…

2014 was approaching and I was inspired to ask my sacred friends to share an account of their life’s journey and in particular the moments of their awakening to who they truly were…  What followed is something I couldn’t of possibly imagined… An incredible avalanche of unique beingness… has gently flowed through me for the whole month of January and into the middle of February 2014…  As each new day arose and my friends posted their awakening journey, I felt my body consciousness (body, mind and spirit) expanding in knowingness, in love, in pain, in joy… Floating on a new high vibration and frequency, observing life… gaining new insights, perspectives that, to put it bluntly… exploded my whole being…

I came into a new space of acceptance, reverence and trust… Feeling the IAM speaking so individually and uniquely through each journey, yet resonating at the core of ALL was a new sense of passion and understanding… I felt a subtle shift of consciousness exposing ‘The Truth’… or is it that we are creating a ‘New Truth’… setting new standards to live as DivineHumanBeings here on Earth…

If we ALLOW ourself to be the new standards, living our passion and creating our hearts desire… to go where no one has ever been before… as an embodied ascended DivineHumanBeing… Can we bring into being… new potential… to be able to create together a peaceful and harmonious world here on Mother Earth?

To conclude this introduction, I have chosen some beautiful unique words that both resonated with me when reading and was inspired to write after each awakening experience was told…

I recall pure bliss when I was in love, such an expansion of the heart with nature, and the universe. That exist within me and should be accessible at anytime, but is it?
To be awake, to be conscious, to be aware of what I truly feel…
Awakening to what I feel to be true…
Awakening to get myself untangled from the matrix web of ‘this is how it should be’ to a feeling of freedom…
Beingness disappears when I allow doubt to creep in…
Allowing myself to expand consciousness and raise my vibration to be a great representative of IAM… LOVE…
The physical self shattered to feel the ooze and soothing force of an underlying calm beingness…
You can awaken in a quantum leap now… if you so choose…
Awakening is a natural cycle, similar to that of the butterfly…
Once you are awake you can allow self to ascend, to be enlightened and walk tall as an embodied master…
A healing journey is to love self…
Let’s not allow words to separate you and take away your beingness and peaceful existence…
Releasing all the walls of protection that you have built up from such a young age…
Heal at your own pace, but persevere…
Awakening is simply waking up…
You are taking quantum leaps of faith to a new way of living in freedom, in love…

Guest Interview – Ormus

My guest today is Ormus, he is one of the main characters of my first book… Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom, shortly to be released. Both Ormus and myself are getting very excited to be able to share our amazing journey, not only is it about meeting extra-ordinary characters that I understand are all aspects of myself returning as new potential, but my experience awakening and integratiing with All of myself and being aware of the truth of my Magnificent and Sovereign Self.

Ormus, played quite a central character in my life and when I need to know anything about new energy dynamics, he’s the man who delves into the depths of me to retrieve information. Ormus was the one whose words I remember exploded my tiny mind into a multi-million fragments and gave way to a new grand perspective of an infinite expanding consciousness.

Ormus was born as a blue blob that fell from my paint brush when painting one of my healing cards in a creative painting workshop. He grew into an ancient elemental animal of great colour and beauty and had come to share with me the knowingness of The New Energy Consciousness that was now expanding within Mother Earth and each Humanbeing. As my perception grew, he took on a more Human look… and a little bit more.

So welcome Ormus, how are you feeling now that your message will shortly be read by so many people?

Ormus…
IAM so happy that everything is falling into place… you truly are doing your best to live according to your new role as DivineHumanBeing. Experiencing moments of worry is all part of remembering that going into mistrust and no flow creates in 3D reality… a few steps forwards and a few steps backwards… until the right time and space for your book comes and can unfold its own life in creation. I know it’s been difficult to trust this, but its important to remember there is always the perfect time and place for the people who are ready to be around you, so sit back and allow your Divine Self to bring it all into action. Your only job is to be aware of everything and allow life to unfold.

Yes, the Human need to push and make effort has been unfortunately deeply embedded in my body and psyche which IAM now aware of and allow it to release itself. It is one of the hardest things to remember and change because of my need to organise, control and save the day. It’s the old pattern of survival wanting to play out instead of allowing myself and life to thrive and my creations to flow into my reality.

Remember, practice makes perfect. Let go and let GOD… this is one of the biggest truths…especially now that you understand that you are GOD too, Barbara.

So, Ormus, without spilling the beans, so to speak… could you say something about the core of your message in the book, the truth that is important for me and all Humankind to remember.

Life is all about consciousness. The Magnificent Consciousness that you and All life is. Look around you, everything is here to serve you, it’s one large field of potential waiting to give you exactly what you want to experience… So what do you want to experience? Be clear with your intention, the intention of your DivineHuman self who holds the grand vision of a peaceful and loving New Earth. How are you going to fulfil your new role for yourself?

I recently painted another SoulArt painting with the full moon emanating masses of colourful energy onto Mother Earth, encouraging my friends and I to dance and sing in its light and just feel glad to be alive and full of love and knowingness of how life all truly works.

September 27/28. today and tomorrow we celebrate the end of a Full Blood Moon cycle. It is a 5-6 hour celebration party for you to enjoy the new photon energy pouring into our atmosphere at its highest potential… It is a magnificent opportunity to FEEL and DANCE with the energies and be open to connect with your highest potential, your Divine and all loving self that has waited so long for the Human to pay attention and be aware.

There has been a lot written about this weekends happening and depending on what you are focusing on, fear or love… you will attract it to read and it will strengthen your whole thought pattern and physical reality. So be aware of what you are thinking about and ask yourself… How do you want your life to be? What is your dream?

This is why, for the last 2 years, we have been focusing on embracing all of Self and releasing everything that no longer serves us. To be clear of our heart and soul’s desire we have to be empty of all our patterns and junk we have collected during all our lifetimes of duality and the Human game. It is time to set Self free and be concerned only for ourself… Yes there are things going on in the world, people in crisis… but now is not the time to focus on others… it is time to put yourself first. Choose for yourself, allow yourself to connect to the magnificence that you are, claim your light and be the beacon of light shining the way for others to join you in creating and living a life of heart and soul’s desire.

So today and tomorrow, give yourself the best ever gift and relax within yourself, plant your feet firmly on the Earth, breathe the conscious breath, accept and be with what is happening, how you are feeling, no matter what… enjoy this celebration… be the celebration… dancing under the stars, moon, the colourful energy coming into our physical reality and know that your Divine and loving self will bring you into the perfect moment.

Inspiring New Energy Consciousness 

12 Important and Simple steps… How to get through the Shift of Consciousness NOW…

I find myself living in similar circumstances to 2 ½ years ago when I experienced the high vibrational energies that are coming in to help Humankind shift their consciousness from fear to love. I felt the effects on my physical body, especially my face that became dry, red, sore and peeling and challenged my personal identity with beauty. You can read here my post. The Intense light energy continues to literally pour down, rebalancing the magnetics on Earth and within all Humankind. IAM obviously still releasing my identity with beauty as my scalp burns with fire and scales in challenging ways. Thankfully I know what is happening and can remain calm and balanced… the majority of the time… and am able to ride through this shift of consciousness reasonably unscathed.

Last year I wrote another post about the shift of consciousness and what it is all about and how important it is to keep ourselves balanced as the new energies come in and change the Earth’s and Humankind’s frequency from the dense and low frequency of fear to a high frequency of love.  As of today’s partial solar eclipse, 13th September and for the next 3 weeks, until the full lunar eclipse on the 28th September… the energies are going to reach their highest potential. It is therefore even more important to remain strong in our shoes and remain safe and secure within ourselves. From a balanced, focused and calm space we can observe the polarisation of Fear vs Love as it continues to escalate… Fear will try and claim more victims… the fear of our mind within and the fear of our emotions we project outside of us… but we can choose to allow the love that we are, to carry us through.

So how do we get through this shift of consciousness?
I’ve listed 12 important and simple steps that I practice and continue to help me on my own journey through this shift of consciousness… from fear to love.

• Breathe consciously and relax within yourself
• Be aware of how you feel
• Connect with the part of you that is stirring, the love that is awakening
• Feel this love that you truly are
• Trust that your love will guide you through
• Anchor yourself with love in your shoes and stand strong
• Allow yourself to embrace all of yourself, broken, hurt and painful parts of you
• Honour your journey, that you and your biology have brought you to now
• Choose to be free from the limitations of the physical mind, body and reality
• Allow yourself to release everything that no longer serves you
• Allow yourself to go beyond everything known
• Allow your Loving and Divine self that awaits within, to guide you into your truth and freedom

My book, Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom, which is nearly ready to be launched, shares my own journey exploring and discovering Who IAM and what life is all about for me… and how I eventually leave the world of fear, struggle and limitation to live in the New Energy Consciousness as my Loving, Magnificent and Sovereign self, creating my heart and soul’s desire in each moment and going beyond everything that is known.

Overcoming Writers and Bloggers Block…

I have to admit, in the past I have found myself not being able to write or blog… and not just for a day, or a week but sometimes weeks. Only recently have I understood why I couldn’t be inspired and get back into my creativeness and overcome my Writers and Bloggers Block. I have now put into place measures to ensure I can forever write and blog… no matter what…

Maybe my tips can help you too…

• I know exactly who IAM, what I stand for and how I want to live my life.
• IAM conscious and clear minded of my heart and soul’s passion and desire to experience a loving, peaceful and creative life. This allows me to have the attitude or will to explore and discover what comes next.
• I trust that I will always bring myself to something or someone that will inspire me.
• I read my friends writings regularly as part of my ‘research’ and ‘re-balance’, they always inspire me and we enjoy getting together in many writing challenges.
• There are no rules and sometimes life happens… an image and quote is enough to share a now moment along my journey.
• Time can be an issue, so each year I outline a realistic plan of action and each month fill out the details . This wonderful tip came from Sarah and her 30 day blogging challenge.
• I focus on being clear in mind and word, organise what I can and be spontaneous for the rest.
• I give myself plenty of quiet Me-Time to re-balance myself… because IAM Human too.

So here’s to being clear about who we are, what we stand for and how we want to live our life… as a shinning pebble on the beach… and be able to overcome Writer’s and Blogger’s Block.

Inspiring New Energy Consciousness.

2014-2015 Lunar Eclipse Cycle… A Time to be Truly Balanced…

September 22 and 23, 2014 we have celebrated the Autumn Equinox. It was and still remains the perfect opportunity for us to make sure we are balanced, putting ourself first, prioritising things that are important to us. Releasing everything that no longer serves us. Walking away from situations that do not resonate with our heart and preparing ourself for an ‘upbeat’ time where life and our physical body might seem to be having a break down… but understand it is all part of a natural cycle, to allow Humankind to choose to raise its own unique vibration and live as magnificent and loving beings we truly are.

October 7 and 8, 2014 is the 2nd full Lunar Eclipse of a 4 consecutive cycle of blood moons, that I wrote about in this post IAM reblogging. Life is going to heat up even more from now on… our body and life as we have known it for so long, is being shaken up to make sure we release everything that no longer serves us. So please be aware of this turmoil time that we have to go through and stay calmly centred with your IAM presence, breathing consciously and deeply, listening to what is in your best interest to do and follow through. Listen to your heart and not your mind and trust that you are in the perfect place at the most perfect time. Don’t allow yourself to step into the fear… Trust that everything is perfectly well in all of creation. Take care of yourself… Barbara x

Me, My Magnificent Self

For a few years now we are observing the world around us literary ‘heating up’ and expanding, as high intensity solar activity and photon energy (the latter being a magnetic flow of light on the galactic plane, along the Milky Way where there is a great concentration of stars that give birth to ‘photon light particles’) influences the magnetics and core make-up of Mother Earth and all of Humanity.

It is a natural galactic cycle bringing in new energies to expand and transform our old 3 Dimensional World of Duality, Fear, Limitation and Separation… to a Multi Dimensional World of Unity, Compassion, Cooperation and Authentic Power…

We observe our weather patterns changing, the uprising of people under dictatorship, the power and greed of governments no longer being tolerated, the foundations of our financial, economic, religious, spiritual and education systems wobbling, unbalanced relationships exploding and the limited and ego-minded physical body and mind becoming sick.

TRUST that everything is perfectly WELL just as it is… right NOW…

My Sanctuary & Potentials…

From the Balcony…

Much has flowed into my life since moving and settling into our new home in Benalmadena… and much has stood stagnant… putting me in a position of CHOICE… should I scream, declare things never work for me, that IAM stupid and throw the yummy cheese board I’d made across the room OR take a deep breath, look at what is happening, realise that it is all part of aligning with my passion and TRUST that everything is perfectly well as it is right NOW…  

I painted my vision of my ‘sanctuary of potential’ (paradise) at the beginning of 2013… Last week it dawned on me that my new home which overlooks a beautiful butterfly shaped pool, a landscaped garden and a vast ocean… is so much like my vision that I had painted of my paradise, a place where I could be at peace and allow the next stage of my being to naturally come about.

When I trusted my ‘soul’s passion’ to create my hearts desire… I could ‘trust that everything is perfectly well just as it is, right now’… No matter what… No matter that my laptop crashed with the last half of my book not saved... my website sacredheartsretreat not wanting to upload to the right place...  ear infection… red dry patchy face… dry scalp… no inspiration to write… I trusted that before my creation comes into the physical, things that no longer serve me will be released and cleansed.  Creating space for something new to come in and happen.

Looking around me I see a lot of people experiencing dis-ease of the body and mind whether it’s the rhythm of the heart, space in the lungs, deficiencies in the blood, expanding bodies, skin irritations, red sore lumps and bumps appearing, eye, ear and nose sensitivities, headaches… emotions, grief, anger and irritation.

It is all part of a normal cycle of CHANGE, the physical body and mind is undergoing intense reconstruction, changes from deep within are naturally occurring as the body releases old ancestral lineage, especially the old male lineage that has dominated and suppressed the feminine sacred creative powers.  The body is rebalancing, the male and female energies are coming together in a new balanced way.

The integration of the DivineHumanBeing is well underway.

The Earth also continues to realign herself to a new course and vibration as the intense solar flares and the incoming new energy cause the magnetics to change, creating new dimensions.  The Earth environment and our bodies are becoming crystalline… clear, pure love.  Our divine light body is coming in and absorbing the physical body and mind… Humankind is taking a quantum leap.  Integrating the body, mind and soul.

Once we understand what is happening we can begin to trust this process and allow our body consciousness (body, mind & spirit) to go with the flow.  Our body, mind and spirit know what to do, the human self just has to get out of the way and ALLOW.  With the conscious breathe we can let go of our need to control, go beyond the mind and just allow.  We can choose not to fight, not to panic, not to care what others think about us and be without fear.  We can align with our divine light body of pure love and trust that everything is perfectly WELL just as it is… right now.

When we live in trust and stay consciously aware of our life… we will find ourself experiencing less and less grief, emotion and pain.  We will connect with our passion and be aware of our CREATOR self.

I received the best gift for my Birthday… My New Home…

Looking up from the garden…

Tom and I had planned a whole 6 months to find our next home, the place we could nurture ‘us’ for the next part of our journey… We arrived a couple of days ago in Benalmadena… A place my father and sister told us about… and loved to visit… So of course we had to come and visit and see for ourselves what Benalmadena was all about… Last year in fact we came for a weeks golfing holiday… We were very impressed, not that we visited much of the big town…just the marina… a place we liked and could see ourselves living in… swaying among the yachts in the harbour…

Anyway we are here again… and just to make sure Benalmadena was the place for us, we travelled further down south to Estapona and travelled back up checking out all the towns in-between Estapona and Malaga.. making sure we weren’t missing out on anything…  It took us one day, arriving back in Benalmadena… Tom took a wrong turn on one of the roundabouts and passed a lovely piece of rugged coast and apartments… I was quite busy telling him… ‘this is the wrong road’… but looking at the apartments I saw the buildings were called… Santa Maria…

Later that evening we ate at a lovely Italian restaurant, with my dad, who had joined us here for his holiday.. and saw the sun set… we took pictures of the lovely apartments that were here on the marina… This is where we wanted to live… Benalmadena and in particular the marina…

Early next day, we made our way to the local real estate office… and asked to be shown apartments available at the marina… She had one available and could show us that afternoon… together with another apartment just down the road on a beautiful part of the beach… it was called Santa Maria… My ears pricked up and I just knew that we had to see it… (I had seen and heard this name come to my attention for quite a while lately…)

The apartment we saw at the marina was lovely… but the apartment at the beach was the one for us… My wish was for a garden, a pool, near the beach and sea, a bath in the bathroom, big kitchen and rooms and a grand balcony… It ticked all my boxes…

and what do you know… this apartment was on the road that Tom accidentally took yesterday… the apartments Santa Maria…

I trusted that, as always my wishes would be/are granted… by myself… by the universe… I know that to TRUST… brings everything together…

Here are our pictures… enjoy…. IAM so happy… happy… happy… it is my birthday and my gift to myself… a new home for tommy and me to expand, to be at peace… to explore….
