September 27/28. today and tomorrow we celebrate the end of a Full Blood Moon cycle. It is a 5-6 hour celebration party for you to enjoy the new photon energy pouring into our atmosphere at its highest potential… It is a magnificent opportunity to FEEL and DANCE with the energies and be open to connect with your highest potential, your Divine and all loving self that has waited so long for the Human to pay attention and be aware.

There has been a lot written about this weekends happening and depending on what you are focusing on, fear or love… you will attract it to read and it will strengthen your whole thought pattern and physical reality. So be aware of what you are thinking about and ask yourself… How do you want your life to be? What is your dream?

This is why, for the last 2 years, we have been focusing on embracing all of Self and releasing everything that no longer serves us. To be clear of our heart and soul’s desire we have to be empty of all our patterns and junk we have collected during all our lifetimes of duality and the Human game. It is time to set Self free and be concerned only for ourself… Yes there are things going on in the world, people in crisis… but now is not the time to focus on others… it is time to put yourself first. Choose for yourself, allow yourself to connect to the magnificence that you are, claim your light and be the beacon of light shining the way for others to join you in creating and living a life of heart and soul’s desire.

So today and tomorrow, give yourself the best ever gift and relax within yourself, plant your feet firmly on the Earth, breathe the conscious breath, accept and be with what is happening, how you are feeling, no matter what… enjoy this celebration… be the celebration… dancing under the stars, moon, the colourful energy coming into our physical reality and know that your Divine and loving self will bring you into the perfect moment.

Mankind solve the European Refugee Crisis with LOVE…

Good Sunday morning to everyone I know in this NOW moment. I just awoke from my magnificent dream. Mankind, thats me and you found the true meaning of our Humanity… to love without comparison, with no borders and no separation. Please take a moment NOW to close your eyes, breathe and walk with me through my dream once again. We are MANKIND and we solve the European Refugee Crisis with LOVE.

It is early morning and the countryside grass and wild herbs is freshly trodden, leaving a wonderful aroma lingering in the air, as thousands of people rise from a good sleep and feeling revitalised begin their new day walking as best they can to their new homeland. The skies slowly become lighter as the sun rises and shines its light on the path for many refugees to find a new, peaceful and loving life.

They have chosen to leave behind the crazy madness of the ones who couldn’t find it in their hearts to remember (yet) they are part of MANKIND too and their very special task as part of humanity to honour and love each other so that each can create their own heart and soul’s desire on the physical plane.

So walking on a new path the refugees feel a renewed sense of hope, they can’t really explain how they feel but it is as if they are being welcomed home by long lost family. Tears of happiness flow from their eyes as they begin to feel the millions of transparent and bright coloured bubbles exploding onto their skin and clothes… that release the purest sense of LOVE that flows through their body, mind and spirit. It is a love they recognise from when they were innocent children playing and laughing in the open fields being totally free.

Everyone among them felt this feeling of unconditional LOVE intensifying, their heart opening wide and all previous hurts and pains seemed to dissolve. A few of the young men who weren’t sure why they too had chosen to walk to a new land began to feel for the first time an innate knowing of how they were going to allow their unique and creative expression to unfold in the heart of life. The people in authority they met on the different European borders and organising the transportation were kind and welcoming, there was an abundance of fresh foods and water along the way and as if by magic everyone seemed to know how this new integration would naturally unfold and be the beginning of a new way of living and loving together.

People from all around the world were focusing on the extra-ordinary exodus of people walking to Europe and together they joined one focus. Consciously breathing in the original LOVE of MANKIND… to love without comparison, with no borders and no separation… and expanding the love that they are to the area of Europe where it manifested as transparent and colourful bubbles that held the solution and the beginning of a new way of living on Earth…in peace, harmony and natural order.

How programmed are you… Maybe COLOUR is part of the answer…

I have been itching to write a blog post about COLOUR for a while but didn’t know how to write it… Colour means so much to me… I love Colour… I wear vibrant colourful clothes… colourful colours in my hair… IAM attracted to particular colours in each moment… and I know for sure colour is part of who IAM, colours reflects my qualities and hold the secret to being free… instead of being programmed.

I have read a lot of information and advise about colour, but I continue to only find what colour means in general. There is not a lot of information out there that explains about how a person experiences colour and what it means to them in each moment… or a new day… or a different occasion.

Most of my friends know that IAM a bit of a rebel. I completed the course Colour me Beautiful back in the early 80’s… and thought at the time ‘Is this my beautiful self… can I only wear these colours to be beautiful’… IAM now a lot older, wiser and know what I like, what I want to wear and what attracts me to life… in each moment. My feelings change many times a day and the different colours I see attract me to wonderful experiences.

If I ask myself what RED means for me… In one moment it means… I have to be careful… but another it could mean… I feel romantic and wild… and another…  something is out of balance in my body.

The above is a good example of how the colour RED works for me at different times, just like all the other colours…  IAM free in each moment to choose what a colour means to me. If necessary I ask a colour a specific question, as I know it is waiting to serve me and bring in new potential for me to experience.

Many years ago, I escaped living in my limited physical reality and being labelled with a number or letter and conveniently put into a box. Colour actually was what originally brought me out into life to explore and discover… it was a kind of daring… and I have no intention of going back into the box because I have claimed my freedom, as explained it my first book Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom... coming soon…

What is colour then and how can it serve me…
In each colour, potential awaits… Potential to create something new… Each colour reflects a part of me that is waiting to experience something new. You may ask why so many colours, but if each colour is an expression of our self… we can allow our self to express endless wonders. We all know that from white light… colour comes into being… seven fold.

Colour is what IAM… and IAM All Colour… Colour inspires me to act… to sing… to dance… to write… however it shows itself in each moment… sometimes sad, sometimes bright, sometimes unsure and sometimes dark. I honour all colour at all times.

Today I was exploring the website for information on colour... and came across one that I feel honours both worlds… It explains what colour means to mass consciousness and why we use them in our daily life and to each person, offering each person to take a look at what colour means to them.  It is worth a visit www.colormatters.com. You can take part in their Global Color Survey and find out… how programmed you are (my words only)… I’d love to hear your results…

We are all Creative loving Beings…

Believe it or not… we are all creative loving beings, at least by nature we are born this way. So how come we don’t seem to remember this… instead of creating our joys we act quite differently, pretending to be serious, sad, depressed, bored, in a rush, tired, limited,  etc… IAM sure you get my drift.

Whatever has happened in our individual lives that has caused us to act so differently from our innate creative and loving self… I have good news… it doesn’t matter and it can be changed. We can change how we respond to life… We can begin to be aware… We can begin to be inspired…  We can begin to imagine waking up each morning with an inner yearning to spend this new and exciting day spontaneously BEING our heartfelt joy and passion…  no matter what we have to accomplish this day? We can allow ourselves to joyfully say…

Today IAM singing out loud… Today IAM creating beauty in my garden… Today IAM preparing food… Today IAM painting my dream vision… Today IAM at peace… Today IAM writing a poem… Today IAM taking photographs… Today IAM cleaning… Today IAM going to act as if IAM rejuvenated. 

When we allow ourselves to be mindful of all our daily doings and beings…we become aware of our creative expression that is played out in each moment… and recognise it is our signature of who we truly are… a creative being… our Creator Self. Our physical body then naturally aligns with our hearts desire and  we experience the expression of our soul and Divine essence.

Maybe we can remember how we felt as children or have the urge now to let our hair down, to enjoy some ‘me time’… to laugh, to act, to play, to create, to explore, to scream out loud and to have fun.

We have indeed all been brought up to be responsible, mindful and serious, but can we remain true to our heart and soul too? Allowing ourselves to feel the rhythm of life, pulsating through us, connecting us to an all loving presence? Relaxing into our own innate passion and joy that flows through us and out into the world…  allowing us to act spontaneously in the moment how we feel and create our life we have always dreamed of?

Or are we going to allow our chattering mind and important ego identity or other peoples fear, negativity and jealous nature, take over our very being and just plod along on our journey following the rest of society?

We can choose to change our ways of being… as I wrote about in another post last year… otherwise the world will help us on our way. But it is easier to just breathe a while and become aware of the passion and joy that flows as a strong force within and allow the creative being we are to move with the rhythm of life… inspiring us.. to live our grandest dream and be the Grand Creator we truly are.

Celebration… Pain… and more Celebration…

 

What superb examples of being real, being amongst the people and enjoying a great celebration together… the Royal Family of Holland coming out into the streets year after year to celebrate with all the people the Kings/Queens birthday. Ever since I arrived in Holland in the early 80’s, I have enjoyed going out in the streets to celebrate this day with thousands of happy, smiley, laughing, dancing, singing people. Over the years Holland has made such a big impression on me, it is a country that is open, direct, tolerant, easy going and friendly. The uniqueness and magnificence of each person stands central in life… in this way there is less violence, addiction, teenage pregnancy and illness than most other western countries. So THANKYOU Holland for your wonderful presence in my life.  Here in Benalmadena, Spain we celebrate our life each day… but on Kings day we went all out.

A few days later we are celebrating another birthday… The birth of a new princess of Britain. Welcome dear one… I hope you are ready for your great task of helping to bring Great Britain back to a vibrant nation and more importantly bringing a smile and happiness back to its people. The following question comes to mind… Is it the people that make a country great or is it the country that makes a person great? I know my answer… whats yours?  It is a most important answer… because knowing the answer not only has an impact on each person’s life but will make the difference of how the voting goes in this weeks election in Britain.

…And when IAM not celebrating, I spend a little serious time, feeling into life and what’s happening around me… I feel into the energy, by simply expanding my consciousness. This last week I have been overwhelmed by pain… not particularly my own, although the days leading up to todays full moon has again brought me more accepting, embracing, allowing, releasing, etc etc… but from people who are suffering the invisible pains and one in particular… Fibromyalgia.

I brought my mum over to stay a month with me here in Spain, for her to get away from the cold British weather and her four walls. She has suffered for a few years with fibromyalgia… so I understand a bit about it from her point of few, because people can’t see it and that more than anything infuriates her. My friend Megan at my chronic life journey is writing an illustrated book about the dis-ease to bring more awareness into people’s life. My mum has been pampered for a month, eaten my great healthy food of low carbs and high good fat and has had her negative look on life frowned upon. Arriving back home she feels like she has been given a new lease of life. I’ve told her it’s important to keep up eating good foods and focusing on the good things in life… rather than eating sugar candies and cookies and focusing on how bad she is feeling… no matter the pain she feels.

Now going back to my feeling into pain and in particular Fibromyalgia... here is what information flowed through me. Now… please remember this is only my perspective and truth which your mind will probably think is crazy… but you can allow your heart to resonate with any truth there may be.

Question:
Why are more and more people feeling the intensity of pain in their physical bodies now?

Barbara’s answer:
Humankind is coming to the end of a long and hard Human experience . A new energy is now in play (that we have created) to help us open, awaken and expand our consciousness… awareness… perspective. To allow each heart to feel into the truth of our past experience and choose now to live a happy, healthy and abundant life in cooperation with each other.

We can only experience this happy ending, if we choose for it in the present moment. But because we are so stuck in the mind and our long Human experience of conflict, resistance, chaos, duality, patterns, control and pain we deny ourself this freedom.

Our ancestors and ourselves have lived many lives… living the different roles of poorman, richman, gentleman, lady, sickman, goddess, king, vampire, murderer, victim. Numerous roles for us to experience all the Earthy sensations. This long experience is now coming to its end, as we have all called it forth, in answer to our cries for no more suffering, control, greed and violence. Therefore, everything we have ever experienced is coming up and out into the open… even the darkness, our fears and pains that have been hidden away… for recognition before its ultimate release.

The pain and fear that we are experiencing now is not ours… it is the collection of all the roles we’re played… coming to its head and coming out through us…as the last in line. 

The pain is calling our attention… bringing us to a place within ourself and within the moment, where we can be aware that we are so much more than our Human self and experience. For us to recognise the pain for what it is…  old energy that no longer serves us, coming up to be accepted and embraced before its release. We can allow simply through our awareness… our consciousness the pain and fear to take a step back from its long service and be released.

Now it is time to celebrate again… Today is another full moon… helping us further release more of all our yesterdays… all the pain and fear… and prepare ourselves for Humankinds next step… creating and celebrating how we truly desire to live in each moment… Are you ready to celebrate?

Love to all and be brave, because the energy is harsh… just breathe the conscious breath… simply… nothing more to do but be aware and allow the change to naturally happen.

Humankind stand together in the name of LOVE… Sept 11th at 11am all over the world

It is a long and humid summer here in Florida and in-between short bursts of activity I have time to observe my interaction in life, ponder on what’s happening in the world and take care of myself, my family and my book (IAM editing it now). Tomorrow September 11th is a day many people will be remembering the horrendous terror that happened in New York 2001, the violence and murder all over the world and the fear of escalating terror that is happening now.

When someone knows they can no longer win, their determination increases to fight their last mightly fight.

That is what is happening now, the fight of all fights and it is essential that everyone understands this… THEY CANNOT WIN.  You ask why not?  Because the majority of humankind have already chosen the side of LOVE and GOODNESS and tippled the scales to our favour.  I know this for sure and I FEAR not.  IAM deeply connected to my core, to my soul and know I will be in the most perfect place always, no matter what happens to me.  I do not allow others to dominate and control me by FEAR and I will continue to radiate my love and light out into the world, shining my light onto all darkness and fear.  IAM a loving creator.

It is now time to choose and act in the name of LOVE and not FEAR, to trust our most magnificent and authentically powerful self.

One person who reflects their pure love is powerful and can create waves of change. Many people standing together in the name of LOVE can create enormous waves of change.

Let’s together change the headlines of all the newspapers and the speeches of all our leaders on Sept 11th at 11am all over the world.

Humankind stand together in the name of LOVE…
Remembering fellow mankind who have died and wonder how many more may be necessary… but they have NO FEAR and stand strong together in the name of LOVE. Their focus is on the creation of a most peaceful, cooperative and loving world in which to live in abundant joy, health and wealth.  Fear, manipulation, greed and control is no longer tolerated nor welcome in their life.

Aquarian Full Moon… August 21, 2013

I’ve been watching the full moon for the last couple of days… coming into completion and feeling into the energies… The air feels laden with infinite possibilities… The light of the full moon is shining brightly on all fears and frustrations, allowing them to be clear to us…

It is time for freedom, if we choose it… time to release everything that no longer serves us…  time to choose space for self, time to be at ease with self and allow our heart and soul desires to be clear and invite them to come into our physical reality….

Taking Care of Self and being Happy…

Early this morning I took my daily conscious deep breaths and was thankful for another wonderful day in which to enjoy… before springing out of bed, putting on my shorts and top and went for my daily 1/2 hour walk (too hot for my normal gentle jogging).  On my return, after a delicious breakfast and 2 cups of ‘english tea’, I opened up my book of ‘laughter quotes’ for a morning giggle… I started collecting the quotes earlier this year when I realised that I was getting too serious…   and needed to laugh more on a daily basis…

It’s going to be OK… but first welcome the chaos…

Sleepless nights, feeling exhausted, surrounded by agitated people… What on earth is happening?  Is the world and everyone going crazy?

The whole world certainly appears to be going through a chaotic time… old ways and old systems are failing, dictators are falling, jobs and relationships are changing, countries are uniting, old beliefs and thought patterns are being reconsidered…

Things are certainly stirring up inside us, we find our self looking at our lifes and insecurities and it feels like a good time for change, to be conscious of what we want in our life… what makes us smile with delight, dance for joy and sing out loud… and release everything that no longer serves us…

The Earth and Human being is moving on… we have created a new expanding consciousness that resonates with passion, peace, harmony, responsibility, creative impulse and new potentials… A new energy is coming in… in support of our new consciousness…  to bring us our hearts desires…
Are you awakening and creating space for new things and a new way of living?

Everyone that is not anchored into the peaceful space inside them, living passionately and creating their grandest heartfelt desire will indeed get caught up in the chaos and drama of not being good enough, not having enough, not being important and fear of losing it completely!

This chaotic time is a wakeup call for all who are listening!  Welcome it, knowing that you don’t have to be affected by it… know that it is part of the restructure of our world…  Choose to put yourself first, choose to clean up your act, choose to say goodbye to everything that no longer serves you and be a part of the new vision of a passionate, creative, peaceful and harmonious world…

Self Pity vs Self Love…

Unnecessary criticism, verbal cruelty, sarcasm and malicious gossip demeans the speaker, making him less, darkening his aura and encourages a habit to form… but even his unspoken words travel through the ‘song of the universe’ to find the recipient…

Do we choose to accept these feelings of wickedness that cloud our aura and reinforce the nasty comment we had heard from a neighbour, friend or dear one? Do we allow it to overwrite who we truly are… and believe we are terrible and that people are against us? Do we allow the words and thoughts to hit our heart like an arrow, sending us into a panic attack and a journey of self-pity?
