Where are we all NOW… A Selection of True Awakening Experiences

It’s coming up to 2 years ago when my WordPress friends and myself published this beautiful Free E-Book sharing a selection of our True Awakening Experiences. IAM re-blogging it today because IAM sure there are people who haven’t read it and will certainly be inspired by it and there are the bloggers who wrote their story here and would love to re-read their unique story and see where they NOW find themselves.

Wouldn’t it be cool if we could all write a follow-up true story of Where we are all NOW.. on our unique journeys. I do hope you love my ‘crazy idea’. It could be our winter project and release our new stories in Part II February 2016… 2 years later. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Together with 33 magnificent bloggers here on WordPress we have created a Free E Book…  A Selection of True Awakening Experiences… that we have written in order to help put our own life’s journey into perspective and inspire us on and to inspire the many hearts of HumanKind to aspire to their own true and unique potential… to be the change they want to see in the world and help create a peaceful and loving world in which to live in harmony and cooperation with each other..

As an introduction to this inspiring collection of true stories I wrote the following…

2014 was approaching and I was inspired to ask my sacred friends to share an account of their life’s journey and in particular the moments of their awakening to who they truly were…  What followed is something I couldn’t of possibly imagined… An incredible avalanche of unique beingness… has gently flowed through me for the whole month of January and into the middle of February 2014…  As each new day arose and my friends posted their awakening journey, I felt my body consciousness (body, mind and spirit) expanding in knowingness, in love, in pain, in joy… Floating on a new high vibration and frequency, observing life… gaining new insights, perspectives that, to put it bluntly… exploded my whole being…

I came into a new space of acceptance, reverence and trust… Feeling the IAM speaking so individually and uniquely through each journey, yet resonating at the core of ALL was a new sense of passion and understanding… I felt a subtle shift of consciousness exposing ‘The Truth’… or is it that we are creating a ‘New Truth’… setting new standards to live as DivineHumanBeings here on Earth…

If we ALLOW ourself to be the new standards, living our passion and creating our hearts desire… to go where no one has ever been before… as an embodied ascended DivineHumanBeing… Can we bring into being… new potential… to be able to create together a peaceful and harmonious world here on Mother Earth?

I thank ALL my friends here on WordPress from the bottom of my heart and soul for making this a wonderful and enlightening experience…

To conclude this introduction, I have chosen some beautiful unique words that both resonated with me when reading and was inspired to write after each awakening experience was told…

I recall pure bliss when I was in love, such an expansion of the heart with nature, and the universe. That exist within me and should be accessible at anytime, but is it?

Awakening to what I feel to be true…
Awakening to get myself untangled from the matrix web of ‘this is how it should be’ to a feeling of freedom…
Beingness disappears when I allow doubt to creep in…
Allowing myself to expand consciousness and raise my vibration to be a great representative of IAM… LOVE…
The physical self shattered to feel the ooze and soothing force of an underlying calm beingness…
You can awaken in a quantum leap now… if you so choose…
Awakening is a natural cycle, similar to that of the butterfly…
Once you are awake you can allow self to ascend, to be enlightened and walk tall as an embodied master…
A healing journey is to love self…
Let’s not allow words to separate you and take away your beingness and peaceful existence…
Releasing all the walls of protection that you have built up from such a young age…
Heal at your own pace, but persevere…
Awakening is simply waking up…
You are taking quantum leaps of faith to a new way of living in freedom, in love…
From blindly following old conditioned patterns of others to following how you feel in each moment…

Guest Interview – Ormus

My guest today is Ormus, he is one of the main characters of my first book… Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom, shortly to be released. Both Ormus and myself are getting very excited to be able to share our amazing journey, not only is it about meeting extra-ordinary characters that I understand are all aspects of myself returning as new potential, but my experience awakening and integratiing with All of myself and being aware of the truth of my Magnificent and Sovereign Self.

Ormus, played quite a central character in my life and when I need to know anything about new energy dynamics, he’s the man who delves into the depths of me to retrieve information. Ormus was the one whose words I remember exploded my tiny mind into a multi-million fragments and gave way to a new grand perspective of an infinite expanding consciousness.

Ormus was born as a blue blob that fell from my paint brush when painting one of my healing cards in a creative painting workshop. He grew into an ancient elemental animal of great colour and beauty and had come to share with me the knowingness of The New Energy Consciousness that was now expanding within Mother Earth and each Humanbeing. As my perception grew, he took on a more Human look… and a little bit more.

So welcome Ormus, how are you feeling now that your message will shortly be read by so many people?

Ormus…
IAM so happy that everything is falling into place… you truly are doing your best to live according to your new role as DivineHumanBeing. Experiencing moments of worry is all part of remembering that going into mistrust and no flow creates in 3D reality… a few steps forwards and a few steps backwards… until the right time and space for your book comes and can unfold its own life in creation. I know it’s been difficult to trust this, but its important to remember there is always the perfect time and place for the people who are ready to be around you, so sit back and allow your Divine Self to bring it all into action. Your only job is to be aware of everything and allow life to unfold.

Yes, the Human need to push and make effort has been unfortunately deeply embedded in my body and psyche which IAM now aware of and allow it to release itself. It is one of the hardest things to remember and change because of my need to organise, control and save the day. It’s the old pattern of survival wanting to play out instead of allowing myself and life to thrive and my creations to flow into my reality.

Remember, practice makes perfect. Let go and let GOD… this is one of the biggest truths…especially now that you understand that you are GOD too, Barbara.

So, Ormus, without spilling the beans, so to speak… could you say something about the core of your message in the book, the truth that is important for me and all Humankind to remember.

Life is all about consciousness. The Magnificent Consciousness that you and All life is. Look around you, everything is here to serve you, it’s one large field of potential waiting to give you exactly what you want to experience… So what do you want to experience? Be clear with your intention, the intention of your DivineHuman self who holds the grand vision of a peaceful and loving New Earth. How are you going to fulfil your new role for yourself?

I recently painted another SoulArt painting with the full moon emanating masses of colourful energy onto Mother Earth, encouraging my friends and I to dance and sing in its light and just feel glad to be alive and full of love and knowingness of how life all truly works.

…and as you paint, your passion creates your reality and you begin to feel the pure love, joy and freedom that you choose to experience. Life is so simple, it is all here… awaiting YOU.

12 Important and Simple steps… How to get through the Shift of Consciousness NOW…

I find myself living in similar circumstances to 2 ½ years ago when I experienced the high vibrational energies that are coming in to help Humankind shift their consciousness from fear to love. I felt the effects on my physical body, especially my face that became dry, red, sore and peeling and challenged my personal identity with beauty. You can read here my post. The Intense light energy continues to literally pour down, rebalancing the magnetics on Earth and within all Humankind. IAM obviously still releasing my identity with beauty as my scalp burns with fire and scales in challenging ways. Thankfully I know what is happening and can remain calm and balanced… the majority of the time… and am able to ride through this shift of consciousness reasonably unscathed.

Last year I wrote another post about the shift of consciousness and what it is all about and how important it is to keep ourselves balanced as the new energies come in and change the Earth’s and Humankind’s frequency from the dense and low frequency of fear to a high frequency of love.  As of today’s partial solar eclipse, 13th September and for the next 3 weeks, until the full lunar eclipse on the 28th September… the energies are going to reach their highest potential. It is therefore even more important to remain strong in our shoes and remain safe and secure within ourselves. From a balanced, focused and calm space we can observe the polarisation of Fear vs Love as it continues to escalate… Fear will try and claim more victims… the fear of our mind within and the fear of our emotions we project outside of us… but we can choose to allow the love that we are, to carry us through.

So how do we get through this shift of consciousness?
I’ve listed 12 important and simple steps that I practice and continue to help me on my own journey through this shift of consciousness… from fear to love.

• Breathe consciously and relax within yourself
• Be aware of how you feel
• Connect with the part of you that is stirring, the love that is awakening
• Feel this love that you truly are
• Trust that your love will guide you through
• Anchor yourself with love in your shoes and stand strong
• Allow yourself to embrace all of yourself, broken, hurt and painful parts of you
• Honour your journey, that you and your biology have brought you to now
• Choose to be free from the limitations of the physical mind, body and reality
• Allow yourself to release everything that no longer serves you
• Allow yourself to go beyond everything known
• Allow your Loving and Divine self that awaits within, to guide you into your truth and freedom

My book, Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom, which is nearly ready to be launched, shares my own journey exploring and discovering Who IAM and what life is all about for me… and how I eventually leave the world of fear, struggle and limitation to live in the New Energy Consciousness as my Loving, Magnificent and Sovereign self, creating my heart and soul’s desire in each moment and going beyond everything that is known.

Please remember that life is quite simple and their is nothing to do… no power or effort to exert… only breathe, observe and allow Self to align to the truth of who YOU truly are. Allow the truth to set YOU free.

How well AM I loving myself this Summer… Part III

We were back in the country I spent many happy years living in… Holland… a land of friendly, open and ‘to the point’ people. Visiting always brings a smile to my face as IAM grateful for the Dutch people who taught me to be my own person and have the courage to stand up and express Who IAM. 

Holland in my eyes is a leading role model, instilling people to be confident in their expression, to care for self first and to be self-full. Most young adults are encouraged to continue their study until their mid 20’s, remaining in their family home enjoying family life and saving their pennies from working part time work. Voluntary work is encouraged as good work experience. The percentage of teenage pregnancy and drug/drink abuse is small, as society is tolerant and open about the subjects. Wellbeing for the mind, body and spirit is high, as people are conscious of what they eat, how much they exercise, the affect they have on the Environment and last but not at all least, they know and make known how they feel, what they don’t like and won’t put up with. They put themselves first, not in a selfish way, but in a self-full way that allows them to choose to inspire and help others along the way.

We had planned our week catching up with our family and friends, buying supplies to take back, checking out my favourite dutch stores and visiting new trendy restaurants.

Our friends Lynne and Keith came with us to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the TOP of the city, Den Haag… The Penthouse was situatied on the 42nd floor with beautiful panoramic views of the city centre. The food was delicious and company divine as always.

Ellen, Fred, Richard and Paul are our friends in Almere, who we visited for their famous bbq with chicken sate sauce… Paul was going through his John Lennon or is it his Robin Gibbs phase? so I had to have a selfie of us together.

The day before we were leaving for England, most of our family came down to have lunch in Noordwijk wan Zee with us. It was nice to catch up with everyone… Weather unfortunately was windy and stormy to say the least… so Tom and I had to buy some new warm clothes… oh deary me.

What a wonderful time we had, so good to be with family and friends again and catch up with how everyone was enjoying their life and getting on making it a happy one. This is what I love about the Dutch, even the foreigners living here, its like their consciousness is contagious and allows everyone to just get on in life, no matter what… as if they all know that they are responsible for their own destiny. How cool is that.

It was time to take our overnight boat to England, arriving just before my little sisters fairytale wedding. Time to help organise last minute things and my sister… after all it was her big day coming up and it was to be enjoyed.

We arrived at Sutton Bonington Hall the evening before for a get together with Angie’s friends and family who were staying either at the Hall or her home at Holden House. The following morning a lovely pre wedding breakfast was served… for the women and then the men before we began getting ready for the big moment. We knew it would go by so quickly so we all made the most of it… Many chuckles, tears and lots of photo shots. Angie was in her element, she looked a million dollars, she had so wished for a real dressed up fairytale affair at this lovely country family home at Bonington Hall with her gorgeous catch… Jon Barkway.

We all celebrated well into the small hours of the next morning, delicious food, drinks and company. It was a small cosy event, after all it wasn’t the first time for either of them, but certainly with conscious thought… the last.

Congratulations Angie… here’s to you, finding your man to share a good and happy life with.  It was our pleasure to share these happy moments with you.

Our holiday was nearing its end… it was time to travel back home, via the English and French Channel Tunnel, travelling the coast of western France to northern Spain and down through Madrid to Malaga. We actually managed it in two days, staying one night in Southern France… our daughter Juliette was staying with us for a while and we wanted to get back to see her.

What an enjoyable time we had though… a happy experience with lots of awareness travelling through different countries and feeling into many unique energies.

I so much enjoy returning to England to visit my family and friends… Mum, Dad, Angie and myself are always there for each other and we continue to inspire each other to be our best selves. The energy of England and her people remain thick with confusion though… as the majority still can’t break free from being stuck in the past, fighting demons and blaming each other for their own lack of courage. Of course my own family and friends carry a sparkle of self-love and joy that penetrates through the dense atmosphere, but I know it is hard. Walking around my original home town Derby… I was quite shocked as I observed people looking lost, afraid and as if they had given up caring for themselves.

I’ve always said you don’t need a lot of money to care for yourself and be conscious of what you eat, what suits your body and how you present yourself in life. But who is reminding these people?

I have one bit of advice… Be curious about yourself and your Environment and allow this to take you on a journey of exploration. IAM quite fortunate that my curious self first appeared as a teenager and took me on an extra-ordinary journey of self discovery and understanding just how life works.  In my book Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom I share my unique and magical journey. So how well AM I loving myself this summer… both the wonderful and sad impressions I have absorbed along my travels have allowed me to open wider and deeper within myself (knowing that IAM the reflection of my Environment) and accept all life’s experiences because I know they have made me who IAM today and the society I share with millions of others… but I also know it is not who IAM now and can choose to release everything that no longer serves me and allow myself to focus on experiencing my heart and soul’s desire… to live freely as my Magnificent Self in a peaceful and harmonious world IAM creating with friends who know of our true potential as DivineHumanBeings.

What’s 888 and The Lion’s Gate all about…

I’ve had quite a bit of information flowing my way about today 888 and the opening of the Lion’s Gate. So yesterday I decided to take some time and ‘feel’ into the energies during a 36 hour period and write about what comes up. But first I’d like to explain that whereas I used to be quite interested in all the dates and eagerly went out of my way to feel and celebrate them with my local friends or online around the world… I now realise that although they help create awareness of the ongoing influx of new and intense energies… they can become more of a distraction if they keep you away from the NOW moment and experiencing your own life.

I know it is no coincidence that Cecil the friendly lion was killed just before this date and similar to when people die and compassion is felt between everyone, causing hearts to open… Cecil’s death created worldwide compassion which opened many hearts, bringing in much awareness, in particular to the date 888 and the Lion’s Gate. I can imagine Cecil standing there pouring his raw masculine power down from the Heavens onto Mother Earth, who simultaneously pours her raw feminine power up to meet the masculine energies and enjoy a beautiful union.

This is what I first felt early last night and it reminded me of my SoulArt of Balance I created with Ormus (an elemental being) a few years back.

During the night I experienced the heavenly incoming energies as very intense… and if I wasn’t so aware, I could be quite frightened. I felt as if everything was being sucked out of me… also the sea outside my window, I could feel the magnetic energies pulling the sea up. Only when I began to consciously breathe and connect with all the energies, the heavens, the Earth and my own, did I feel the energy flow take on a calm, balanced and loving feeling. Somehow the intense heavenly energies continued to pull all the old and obsolete parts of Earth and humanity up to the surface for release… me included… similar to the affect the full moon has… but much more intense.

So this brings me to this morning, I awake early feeling quite vibrant (so early) and went for my morning walk along the sea-shore and felt everything to be calm and balanced. Upon my return home I spent an hour sitting quietly, it didn’t take me long before I knew I had to face my back towards the sea, to allow the back of my heart space to open up towards the light of the sun. The back of our Heart is a very sensitive portal that connects us directly to other portals of the Heavens and Earth. After quite a while consciously breathing I felt empty yet full and very much loved, calm and balanced and I knew that what was taking place (beyond the understanding of my mind) was all part of Humanities integration and quantum leap to the next level that is ongoing in the now moment and not isolated on a particular date.

When each person is ready and chooses to expand their awareness, they will be able to allow their own Integration with their Divine self to take on a more loving, calm and balanced feeling, rather than an intense and somewhat frightening experience that the incoming energies can have on people now.

The grand shift in consciousness that is happening now on Earth is certainly having an intense affect on everyone now. We are all experiencing very extreme weather patterns all around the world… extreme heat, cold, dryness, humidity, rains, droughts and our bodies are following suit. IAM experiencing myself extreme dryness of the skin, in particular my face and scalp when sometimes my mind wonders how much more it can take on?  I hear and observe many people becoming unwell, tired and depressed. For some relaxation I put on the TV and only seem to find portrayals of how angry and afraid the world is feeling and acting out. When I try to watch a nice film all I find are violent, horror or stupid ones.

Travelling around Europe on our recent wonderful holiday adventure; which I will write about and post soon, I have been quite amazed how the energy shifted in each country as we drove through and how most Environments and their people continue to play out the old roles of duality… and act as if there is no hope, increasing pressure to perform and inevitability of getting old and suffer.

Spain seems to have a distinct feeling of survival, pride and effort… France regal, labour intensive and pleasure… Holland tolerant, open and green… England anxious, limited and seeking… and in general a lot of people seem to have difficulty caring for themself… being polite and courteous to others… finding a clear direction in life… and paying their way.

It’s as if the whole world is acting out as if it is in crisis.

So… what to do when your life seems to be in crisis? Apart from reading my book Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom, coming soon… I can suggest to take every opportunity you can imagine… and this weekends Blue Full Moon is a good one to…

Put yourself in the light, dance with joy and giggle with delight

… No matter how you feel or how you physically can’t… take one moment… to do it, imagine it or pretend you are doing it.

How did it make you feel? Did you happen to stop worrying for just a moment? Did you feel a small tingle of joy from within?

So congratulations… you did it, you now know you can do it and now you can allow yourself to choose to practice doing it again… and again… and again…

Life is all about YOU and your choice… choose well … choose love… and life will serve you accordingly. Your consciousness is gradually shifting from one of fear and illness to one of love and wellness. The world and Humankind is not in crisis, we are only acting as if we are… We can each be the change and this in turn changes our Environment and the world… until the world becomes a loving and peaceful place. And so it is.

My Review… 30 Day Blogging Challenge…

My roller coaster ride is coming to a stand still… My whole being has been shaken up, old habits and styles have been relieved of duty and in place are new amazing practices that are bringing clarity and focus to me as I interact within the multi-dimensional connections of today.  My friend Sarah’s 30 Day Blogging Challenge has made me a wiser person today and I feel that when the winds blow and sway me from side to side, IAM more grounded and steady within my Self.

I began this challenge to help myself be more focused and clear of my project this year… self-publishing my first book Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom and online & local Master Creator Class. I can say in this respect the challenge has been a success… and I have gained so much more. Without spoiling beautiful surprises, I can say that Sarah brings this writing challenge in a unique and authentic manner that only brings out the best in all of yourself. This really resonated with me, because this is exactly what IAM all about, being true to all of my Self… Body, Mind and Spirit.

If you want to make new friendships, test your will-power, analyse data, work hard, find out what you love, become smarter at marketing, find out what works for you and share your success. Go and hang out with Sarah.  You’ll be back to thank me for this tip… this I know for sure.

IAM so pleased I took this challenge, I yelled a few times and thought about throwing in the towel… but that’s when my Body Consciousness expanded, I became inspired and I will never look back again… and you know what… I love Sarah and next time she comes to Spain I’ll tell her so. Thank you Sarah for making me a wiser and cooler person.

My first Guest Interview… with JAKE

Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom

Excitement is certainly in the air now with the launch and publication of my first book and online and local Master Creator Class… Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom... coming later this year. My Elemental friends, aspects of myself, who I perceived along my journey and received messages of truth are lined up as I speak and are eager to be interviewed.

So without further delay IAM going to share with you my first Guest Interview.

Jake is his name, he is small brownish/red squirrel with black strips. He carries 3 red balls  with him that he plays with when sitting quietly and not flying through different dimensions with his majestic red wings.

Barbara…
Welcome to this safe and sacred space here on my blog MeMyMagnfiicentSelf Jake. It’s been quite a while since we last talked. How are you?

Jake…
IAM so well and wonderfully occupied with my wise friend Axiel. We continue to spend a bit of time flying through the infinite dimensions, attracting your splintered parts back home, but most of the time we have fun throwing my red balls around and meeting all your new friends.

Barbara…
You know my new friends?

Jake…
Of course, silly… Me and You are one, IAM part of you and you are part of me.

Barbara…
Yes, I remember, it just feels like we are separated when I see you here by my side. Anyway Jake what first brought you to show up in my life?

Jake…
I watched you for quite a long while you were having fun with Magdalena and Jeremy when you first moved out to Spain and then Magdalena gave birth to Cordelia and Adamus from the Crimson Circle suggested to all Shambra they play with a totem animal. That was my queue to come in. You were alone one morning spending quiet sacred time on an inner journey, consciously breathing, feeling and expanding.

Barbara…
Yes I remember like it was yesterday. Suddenly you were there in my awareness, flying with me through the darkness and when I had finished my journey and fully focusing on my physical body and the present moment with my eyes open… you were sitting there, right next to me.

Jake…
So Barbara my dear, you are getting on so well now… a few minor physical hiccups but you know that is all part of your continued integration of your crystalline light body and mind, coming into your physical body, mind and reality. Your conscious breath indeed helps you move stale energy and brings you to a place of peace… but maybe you can spend a little more time, embracing the parts of you that you don’t like. Everything needs to be loved and accepted. It is what it is and you know everything will indeed pass.

Barbara…
Easier said than done… as I know it’s also part of my caring about what others think of my appearance… IAM still very much Human and do get caught up in being perfect. Maybe there is some splintered part of me far away that was cast out for not being the perfect specimen.

Jake…
Spend some of your Me-Time breathing into this, you never know what might happen. So before I go my dear, can you remember my most important message of truth I gave you?

Barbara…
I remember feeling into myself on our expanded journeys and understanding that IAM so much more than my history and my physical perception of me and my life… IAM all of my potential… an unimaginable reservoir of abundant potential.

Jake…
Yes and this understanding, allows you to accept all of Self, all the broken and imperfect parts too and invite them back home to be embraced. This releases them from their turmoil and service and frees them to transform into what ever you choose to experience next. So be clear Dear Barbara about what you want to experience.

Barbara…
Jake… Thank you so much for being here. IAM not at all sure who was the guest here, but it is always an honour to be with you. To be YOU. Until we meet again.

Inspiring New Energy Consciousness. 

Inspiring ‘The Magnificent Consciousness’ through Creativity.

As promised the other day in my post, IAM writing about my intention to make a difference in my local community.  IAM in the process of setting-up a Spanish Association. A local charity in the province of Malaga, Andalusia… The Magnificent Consciousness. (Asociacion Conciencia Magnifia). My aim is to inspire, through creative and mindful activity, the magnificent and expanding consciousness that we all indeed are.

IAM joining forces with international women (that IAM meeting through Costa Women… A social and business network) to bring Project The Magnificent Consciousness to local children’s schools and adult classes. For them to explore and discover their Magnificent Consciousness and unique potential.

The project is similar to my Project Peace Mural that my friends and I brought into the local schools in Mazarron, Murcia… We talked in English about how the children…

• Sense the Natural Order, Cycles & Beauty of Mother Earth.
• Perceive their part in life and how they are a unique and magnificent force  within the whole of life.
• Feel and know who they are and the freedom of living their life in love, joy and harmony.

… We asked them as a group to visualise their feelings and answers in a grand mural painting and exhibit and talk to others about it. 

I believe it is important that we allow our children and fellow adults to have the chance to explore and discover who they are, what they feel, what they like and how they want to live their life… and what better way than through creativity.

My funding will come from the sales of my book… Your Magnificent Self… A Journey to Freedom that recalls my own experience discovering Who IAM and realising love and freedom… and my local and online Master Creator Class that I created together with sacred friends to commit and celebrate our Master Creator Selves. Later this year I should be ready to publish my book and release my online Master Creator Class… This book will be followed by a children’s version of the book… hopefully available for the christmas stockings.

IAM working hard at expanding my network of friends to be able to share my book and Master Creator Classes with as many people as possible… to help me raise my funds to fulfil my desire to inspire and create awareness locally, of our Magnificent Consciousness.
